How long must you wait before taking a home pregnancy test?

I just sent a subject about the recent situation that I'm going through with this possibly be pregnant by ***. I have an irregular period and the last time I had sex took place on the morning of Saturday. How long will await until they can make a pregnancy test and get an accurate result?

    you have to wait until you missed your period to do the test.
    or you could buy one that has early results. the early results test can detect the pregnancy hormone up to 4 days before your period in something like 65% of women..

    96% of all women will test positive when they take a pregnancy test 19 days after they think they became pregnant (If they are pregnant)

    If you don’t know when you ovulated, you would wait about 2 weeks. It seems like forever when you are trying.
